Join Kinetic Investments, a venture capital firm dedicated to transforming the digital landscape. We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring in marketing and digital-focused roles.

Responsibilities

Own recruitment processes from briefing through to offer for a variety of roles
Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent in marketing and commercial roles
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance throughout the hiring process
Coordinate interviews and provide a seamless experience for candidates
Support wider people initiatives such as employee engagement and events
Maintain HR systems and employee data
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in fast-paced recruitment
Experience hiring for marketing or commercial roles
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative
Experience with HR and recruitment tools is a bonus
