Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, develop sourcing strategies, build relationships with hiring managers, manage onboarding, handle HR administration, and support people initiatives.
Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment, hiring for marketing or commercial roles, strong stakeholder management, highly organized, proactive problem-solving mindset, experience with HR tools.
