Responsibilities

Understanding, analyzing, and refining client briefs with meticulous attention to client expectations.
Listening attentively to the needs of all relevant stakeholders.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with client objectives while anticipating future changes.
Collaborating seamlessly with stakeholders and internal project teams to ensure designs align with budgets and technical requirements.
Effectively communicating key design aspects to obtain client approvals at each project stage.
Staying abreast of industry design, direction, and legislative developments.
Championing creativity and innovation in crafting workplace solutions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial office fit-out within Design and Build.
Proficiency in Revit (good to have).
Confidence and experience in client-facing roles.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills.
Effective time management skills and leadership abilities.
