Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with designers, architects, and project teams
Manage contracts, negotiations, and financial targets
Ensure timely project delivery aligned with client needs
Identify opportunities for business growth with existing clients
Communicate progress and milestones to stakeholders
Assist with client requests and resolve challenges
Qualifications
Experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Junior Project Manager role
Strong commercial awareness and contract negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office and construction systems
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
