Authentic is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to ensure smooth operations of the Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition function for the EMEIA-based team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, prepare documents, manage schedules, and track budgets.
  • Support annual programs such as performance feedback and compensation planning.
  • Manage data in HRIS and employee systems.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or HR-focused role.
