Job Description

The Senior Business Development Manager will work closely with Senior Management of Gray Healthcare (GHC) to develop established and new commissioning relationships, grow the business, and enhance care and support delivery.

Responsibilities

Employ a customer-centric approach to facilitate referrals and growth opportunities.
Develop new business opportunities independently or in conjunction with Senior Management.
Build key relationships with ICBs/Trusts/NHS to raise brand awareness.
Market development in the assigned area and collaborate with the team to generate meetings with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in social care for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, or Mental Health Needs.
Understanding of commissioning and procurement procedures.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and IT skills.
UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
