Drive business growth by increasing sales volumes and securing new business within the on-trade sector (pubs, bars, restaurants).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and company objectives.
Manage the commercial aspects of accounts, including pricing, contract negotiations, and profit margins.
Regularly meet with customers to discuss product offerings, market trends, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to deliver seamless customer service.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the industry landscape.
Proven track record in Sales and business development within the drinks industry.
Extensive experience in winning new business in the ON trade sector.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate and build relationships.
