Customer Service & Sales Representative

• Welcome and assist applicants, guests, and walk-ins at the reception area.
• Conduct viewings with prospective residents.
• Manage correspondence, including inboxes, phone calls, and tenant inquiries.
• Maintain the diary and coordinate with internal teams and external visitors.
• Order and monitor office and welfare supplies.
• Assist with organizing building events and community initiatives.
• Manage and update booking platforms, logging all viewings, deals, and leads.
• Make pre-viewing calls to potential applicants.
• Schedule appointments for viewings and maintenance, and coordinate contractor visits.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records for leasing and facilities teams.
• Ensure systems like Help the Move are kept up to date.
• Prepare welcome packs and conduct move-in inductions for new residents.
• Issue and manage key fobs, mobile app access, parcel and visitor systems.
• Carry out regular building walks and inspections.
