Job Description

CBRE Investment Accounting and Reporting Solutions (?CBRE IA&R?) is hiring a Fund Controller to join the UK Team in London. The Fund Controller will be responsible for service delivery to an agreed portfolio of clients in line with agreed client specific service level agreements.

Responsibilities

Produce or oversee the production of various financial reports
Ensure appropriate records are maintained for entities and assets
Provide oversight of services by third-party providers
Provide transaction support for acquisitions
Provide operational support for the set up of new structures
Supervise and manage junior team members
Build and maintain good working relationships with clients and suppliers
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Provide oversight of invoice authorization and cash management operations
Complete other ad-hoc projects and tasks

Qualifications

Qualified Accountant ACCA/CIMA/ACA
Previous experience in fund accounting and real estate or private equity structures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously
