Join our The North Face team as an Assistant Store Manager in Brent Cross, London. Help drive sales, coach sales associates, and implement retail processes.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and profitability in synergy with Store Manager
Motivate, mentor, and coach sales associates
Implement retail processes and improve them
Report performance metrics and improve store results
Ensure store looks great as per brand guidelines
Provide cover in Store Manager's absence

Qualifications

Experience in retail management
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
