Consistently maintains established standards across the department through leading by example and quality control.
Effectively managing a section and running the service in the absence of the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef.
The ability to demonstrate leading and developing people effectively.
Proven culinary skills in a high volume, upscale brasserie restaurant environment.
The ability to build strong relationships with the floor team of Holborn Dining Room.
