Responsibilities

Observe food preparation methods and portion sizes
Develop skills of associates through training and mentoring
Maintain quality standards and lead by example
Manage section and run service in absence of Head Chef

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability in leading and developing people
Proven culinary skills in upscale restaurant environment
Build strong relationships with team members
