Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound enquiries and provide property information
  • Convert leads into successful tenancies through negotiation
  • Meet monthly KPIs to ensure no vacant properties
  • Develop and manage property advertisements and listings
  • Maintain records of enquiries, viewings, and tenancy agreements
  • Resolve tenant referencing issues and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Efficiently manage viewings across multiple sites
  • Carry out property viewings across South London

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator or similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of local property markets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
