Exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Account Manager to lead Workplace & Facilities Management services in a corporate HQ and Training Centre in Coventry. Join a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional service and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding FM services aligned to SLAs and KPIs
Ensure 100% statutory compliance through proactive third-party contractor management
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Drive contract performance, financial reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain robust reporting structures
Oversee labour strategy, HSE compliance, and business continuity plans
Support the development of new business proposals and contract retention strategies
Deliver governance, communication, and performance briefings

Qualifications

3+ years’ senior-level experience managing TFM contracts including technical services
Strong leadership with a passion for innovation and service excellence
Proven track record in change management and operational improvement
Knowledge in developing and delivering sustainable innovations within a corporate environment
Financial acumen with experience managing performance targets and budgets
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
A strong knowledge of workplace strategies
IOSH/NEBOSH Full UK Driving License
