Responsibilities

  • Achieve mastery of Cyberbit technologies and Customer Success playbooks within 1-3 months.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to show value to customers and prospects.
  • Guide analysts through simulated live-fire attacks.
  • Understand and track customer health to ensure success.
  • Communicate customer-requested features clearly and concisely.

Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in a SaaS-based cyber security or IT product customer success role.
  • 2+ years of experience providing cybersecurity technical training.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, and/or PhD from a cybersecurity program.
  • Strong ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a third language.
