Responsibilities

Drive sales targets and explore sales opportunities
Be a Role Model of outstanding Customer Service and Matalan Values
Lead the implementation of seasonal layouts and visual guidelines
Open and close the store
Up-skill team members and provide regular feedback

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role in Fashion or Homeware Retail
Confident communicator with the ability to engage and motivate others
Good understanding of Visual Merchandising (VM)
Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and drive new ideas
Knowledge of operational processes within retail
