Exciting opportunity for a Domestic Supervisor to join our team in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Supervise domestic services to maintain high cleanliness standards
Ensure paperwork completion for cleaning documentation
Participate in recruitment process and training
Organize deep cleans and work plans
Coach and develop new staff
Communicate with service users for feedback

Qualifications

General Secondary Education
IT Literate
2+ years of Supervisory experience (desirable)
3+ years of Domestic experience
Flexible and adaptable
Good organisational and communication skills
