Job Description

Join Tencent Games as a Senior HR Business Partner to provide HR support to the gaming division. Work closely with business leaders on organizational and people matters, support the people strategy at departmental level, and partner with HR Operations team to enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities

Provide HRBP support to gaming division

Handle employment relations and HR projects

Qualifications

Extensive HR Business Partner experience
Strong stakeholder management and business acumen
