Job Description

Join us as a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Editorial group at Telegraph Media Group. This role involves partnering closely with senior executives, managing organizational design, talent development, and more.

Responsibilities

Partner with Senior Business Partner (Editorial) to deliver People Plans for the Editorial teams
Assess team and manager development needs, making appropriate recommendations
Provide guidance and coaching on HR matters across the client area
Lead organisational design programmes and provide change management advice

Qualifications

Experienced HR Business Partner or equivalent role
Demonstrable experience of managing challenging stakeholders
Project management and change management experience
Excellent influencing, communication, and problem-solving skills
