Job Description

Join Capita as a DSA Needs Assessor, providing exceptional Disabled Students' Allowance services in collaboration with the Student Loans Company. Conduct needs assessment meetings, produce detailed reports, and make a difference in students' lives.

Responsibilities

Holding structured meetings with individuals to identify study and support strategies
Evaluate and offer advice on appropriate hardware, software, and assistive technology
Produce formal written needs assessment reports
Respond to post-assessment queries
Conduct reviews of customer's needs

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of DSA funding guidance
In-depth understanding of relevant Assistive Technology
Excellent communication and report writing skills
Ability to work to strict KPIs
Team player with strong organizational skills
