Job Description

Join Panasonic as a Sales Specialist for Cooling Solutions. Manage and develop customers, coordinate with internal and external partners, and achieve sales targets in the assigned sales area.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop customers with focus on big installers, house builders, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the process and provide information for improvement on sales forecasting, sales mix, and sales budget.
  • Develop new customers, accounts, and projects in accordance with the business plan.
  • Collaborate closely with spec team and KA team to ensure successful specifications sales.
  • Provide regular market information feedback to management.
  • Achieve KPI's and targets defined by the company.

Qualifications

  • Proficient understanding in processes, technologies, products, or relevant field of expertise.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with Business Development in B2B.
