Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new leads through outreach, networking, and industry events
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, improving conversion rates across all touchpoints
  • Build strong relationships in relevant verticals (lab automation, sorting, liquid handling, 3D printing)
  • Lead discovery conversations and co-create commercially viable solutions
  • Negotiate contracts with a focus on value creation and long-term outcomes
  • Report on progress and contribute to refining the sales process for scale

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a tech startup environment, ideally in lab automation or deep tech
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial instinct
  • Proven track record in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals
  • Confident communicator who can translate technical details into a compelling commercial story
  • Experience using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales analytics platforms
