Responsibilities

  • Learn customer, partner, and internal stakeholder engagement models
  • Support foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals
  • Identify, navigate, and communicate with key customer technical stakeholders
  • Guide conversations to facilitate the achievement of customer business objectives
  • Support the identification and mitigation of customer blockers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 1+ year(s) work or internship experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management
  • Fluency in English
