Job Description

Join Morgan Stanley as a HR Business Partner, Vice President to provide generalist HR advisory across the EMEA Capital Markets division. This Director level position offers the opportunity to work in partnership with the business and be involved in ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities

Partner with GCM Group Heads to implement Talent strategy
Manage employee relations issues and redundancy processes
Work with recruitment teams for international relocations and permanent hires
Coach managers on performance feedback and manage talent management processes
Lead Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
Contribute to compensation processes and market insight

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience
Degree educated or equivalent
CIPD qualification preferred
Experience in financial services or professional services
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Ability to manage relationships in matrix structures
