Job Description

Join the UK's largest provider of complex care with over 4000+ employees. We are looking for a Rehabilitation Assistant to provide specialist residential rehabilitation for adults with acquired brain injuries or long-term neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

Provide high quality individualised care to residents, relatives, and carers
Support residents in achieving their planned outcomes
Build open and two-way relationships with residents
Assist residents with rehabilitation programs and activities of daily living
Communicate issues to the clinical team and accurately report work activities

Qualifications

Genuine interest in providing person-centered care
Effective communication skills at all levels
