Job Description

ME+EM, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a talented Merchandiser to shape the strategy of ME+EM stores and concessions, maximize performance, and capitalize on trading opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective merchandise and range plans to drive sales and profitability.
Utilize regional insights to tailor planning and trading strategies across different markets.
Lead option planning, store grading, and clustering to ensure the right product mix and stock flow.
Work cross-functionally to optimize in-season trading and financial performance.
Provide clear, data-driven reporting on trade performance and market trends.
Act as the link between Head Office and Retail to support stores with commercial insights.
Lead and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications

Strong merchandising experience within a multi-product retail environment.
Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
