Join Forest, London's leading sustainable shared ebike operator, as a Sales Operations Associate. Help supercharge the performance of our Commercial team by managing data, optimizing workflows, and automating processes.
Data Management & Analysis: Identify key data points, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights.
CRM Ownership: Build and optimize workflows within Monday CRM to improve sales process efficiency.
Process Optimisation: Improve and automate workflows across the sales funnel.
Dashboards & Reporting: Build and maintain clear Monday.com dashboards to track campaign performance, pipeline health, and team KPIs.
Required Skills & Tools:
CRM & Work Management: Proficient in Monday.com
Spreadsheets: Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets
Automation & Process Thinking: Experience with CRM workflows and automations.
Bonus but not essential:
Experience in tech or mobility business
Familiarity with sales performance metrics
Experience working with commercial or sales teams
