Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Childcare Home Manager to lead and supervise a team of support workers in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children with emotional and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & supervise a team of Residential & Senior Residential Support Workers
  • Support the Registered Manager in overseeing four residential homes
  • Provide a safe & nurturing environment for children with emotional & behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate with therapists, education specialists & multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

  • Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • Experience of working at least 2 out of the past 5 years in a children's home
  • Full UK driving licence (manual)
  • Hold a full clean DBS
  • Hold a UK Passport
  • Share Code for Right to Work
