Job Description

The Client Services Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of services to specific customer accounts and ensuring all services meet contractual agreements.

Responsibilities

Manage service delivery against Key Performance Indicators
Act as the single point of contact for service delivery escalations
Ensure data is handled, stored, and processed appropriately
Produce Service Performance Reports and attend Customer Service Reviews

Qualifications

Proven client relationship management background
Working level understanding of ITIL
Experience in working for an outsourcing organization
Excellent communication and analytical skills
