Job Description

Join Baxter International Inc as a Production Team Leader responsible for leading all aspects of cleanroom production through management of workload, staff resources, inventory, and equipment, while ensuring compliance with the manufacturing license and quality system requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage workload and meet turnaround times
Prepare staff rota's, direct cleanroom staff, provide feedback on staff performance
Manage inventory control and resolve stock discrepancies
Complete equipment maintenance and manage failures
Identify training needs and deliver training sessions
