Join us as a Marketing Specialist to lead marketing efforts across various channels for FaceTherapyNI, Ft Academy, and 545 Training Rooms. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, manage websites, social media, design graphics, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Manage and maintain company websites, ensuring they are user-friendly and optimized for search engines.
Oversee social media platforms, content creation, and advertising campaigns.
Design captivating graphics and visual content for marketing channels.
Manage mailing lists and email marketing campaigns.
Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze marketing performance.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
Lead PR efforts to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in messaging and branding.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on website maintenance, social media management, graphic design, advertising, and SEO.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Creative thinker with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines.
