Job Description

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Night Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team of 7 cleaners and ensure the efficient completion of cleaning tasks during night shifts.

Responsibilities

Manage work schedules and allocate tasks
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
Maintain cleaning standards
Address cleaning issues promptly
Train new employees on procedures and safety protocols
