Join us at Bakkavor as a Section Leader for our Salads site in Bourne. Manage the production area, ensure smooth operations, and lead your team to success.

Responsibilities

Manage start-up procedures and oversee production areas
Attend daily meetings and team briefings
Review performance and identify areas for improvement
Complete technical paperwork and assist in shift handovers

Qualifications

Experience in production or section management in food manufacturing
Knowledge of continuous improvement and retailer expectations
Strong leadership and team engagement skills
