Job Description

Join us as a Section Leader in the Assembly department on the Red shift at our Bakkavor Pizza site in Holbeach. Manage, organise, and control activities within the section to ensure productivity and performance goals are met.

Responsibilities

Manage start-up procedures and handover from previous shift
Conduct Return to Work interviews and attend meetings
Challenge performance and audit technical paperwork
Assist in completion of DWOR and ensure safe working conditions
Review productivity data and identify improvement opportunities
Identify training needs and manage performance

Qualifications

Experience in production or section management in food manufacturing
Knowledge of continuous improvement and retailer expectations
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and engage teams
