Job Description

Join us as a Section Leader at our Bakkavor Salads site in Bourne, specializing in preparing fruit, leafy salads, and stir fry mixes. Manage the production area, lead your team, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Walk the floor of the production area and manage start-up procedures
Attend daily review meetings and team briefings
Challenge performance in quality, throughput rate, and crew size
Assist in completing DWOR tasks
Review Productivity and NME Losses Graph for improvement opportunities

Qualifications

Experience in production or section management in food manufacturing
Knowledge of continuous improvement and retailer expectations
Strong leadership skills to inspire and engage the team
