Job Description

Join Bakkavor as a Section Leader - Days at the Bourne Salads site specializing in fruit, leafy salads, and stir fry mixes. Manage production floor operations, ensure quality, and lead a team to success.

Responsibilities

Manage start-up procedures and daily production area operations
Conduct Return to Work interviews and attend daily review meetings
Challenge performance and audit technical paperwork
Assist in DWOR completion and ensure a clean and safe packing area
Identify opportunities for improvement and manage performance/training requirements

Qualifications

Experience in production or section management in the food manufacturing industry
Knowledge of continuous improvement and retailer expectations
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and engage a team
