Join Co-op as a Customer Team Leader, where you'll provide excellent customer service, lead a team, and support store operations.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers
Develop team capabilities through coaching and training
Ensure store safety, legality, and operational efficiency
Support store manager and deliver HR processes
Introduce new products and services
Build relationships in the local community
