Join our team as a Lead Practitioner (Research Worker) and make a real difference for people facing severe and multiple disadvantage. We are looking for a dedicated individual to support adults with a history of homelessness, near-fatal overdose, and previous involvement with the criminal justice system.
Recruit eligible participants in partnership with local services
Conduct baseline and 9-month follow-up interviews
Complete study questionnaires and carry out basic near-patient testing
Provide face-to-face support in third-sector venues
Deliver tailored, enhanced support to participants
Build trusting relationships and provide ongoing support to individuals in the intervention group
Experience in outreach alcohol and other drug services, or homelessness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passionate about reducing health inequalities
