Job Description

Join BAE Systems as an Electrical Team Leader to manage a team of electrical fitters and apprentices supporting the Royal Navy Warship fleet through upgrades, maintenance, and support periods.

Responsibilities

Ensure team attendance is correctly captured for pay and invoicing
Performance management and development of team members
Engage and communicate effectively with team members
Lead a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Ensure resource allocation and compliance to production plans
Review tasks to ensure completion to required standards

Qualifications

Completed Electrical trade apprenticeship or equivalent
Strong technical abilities in Operations discipline
Experience managing integrated projects
