Join Avery Healthcare as a Food and Beverage Supervisor to support the Hospitality Manager in delivering exceptional catering services while maintaining Health and Safety measures. Be part of a caring and supportive team that values respect and compassion.

Responsibilities

Liaise with Hospitality Manager and Head Chef to meet hydration and nutritional needs.
Support and deliver catering services with a focus on resident choice and dignity.
Create a welcoming atmosphere in dining areas.
Provide imaginative themes for special events.
Train, supervise, and appraise staff.

Qualifications

Awareness of COSHH and CQC regulations.
Previous experience in team leadership.
Demonstrate compassion, commitment, and leadership in culinary services.
Experience in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel.
Relevant qualifications in Food Hygiene or Catering Services.
