Job Description

Join National Express as a Customer Experience Manager at our Head Office in Digbeth, Birmingham. You will be responsible for executing and evolving the customer experience strategy through key projects.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of key customer workstreams and business wide projects as a customer experience SME. Document customer journeys and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Develop strong cross-functional relationships and represent the voice of the customer in business meetings.

Qualifications

Good leadership and interpersonal skills. Significant experience in a customer-facing environment. Experience in successfully executing projects and change initiatives. Knowledge of technology and Salesforce applications.
