Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales teams for contract negotiations
Optimize legal department workflows and systems
Manage CLM workflows and contract templates
Implement and manage legal technology solutions
Develop dashboards and reports for insights
Identify operational efficiencies and best practices
Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders

Qualifications

3+ years experience in legal operations or contract management
Experience with Ironclad and Salesforce
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Inquisitive and constantly seeking improvement
