Job Description

Join Claire's as a Part-Time Manager/3rd Key Holder and be responsible for supporting Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store operates safely and legally.

Responsibilities

Supporting Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets
Driving sales through friendly customer service
Assisting with store deliveries, visual merchandising, and stock management
Performing ear piercing (with full training provided)
Ensuring store looks presentable and inviting to customers

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year retail experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills
Understanding of Customer Service
Ability to stand and lift up to 25 lbs
Operate POS system
