Job Description
The Sr. Customer Success Specialist at ACA directly works with software clients to ensure optimal utilization of software products.
Responsibilities
Resolve customer service issues and provide technical support
Update development team on client technical problems
Proactively contact clients to ensure software is fully utilized
Support various client and internal initiatives as necessary
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, or finance
5+ years experience in corporate environment or financial services industry
Experience with Zendesk software is a plus
3-5 years experience in regulatory financial services industry
