Job Description

The Sr. Customer Success Specialist at ACA directly works with software clients to ensure optimal utilization of software products.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer service issues and provide technical support
  • Update development team on client technical problems
  • Proactively contact clients to ensure software is fully utilized
  • Support various client and internal initiatives as necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, or finance
  • 5+ years experience in corporate environment or financial services industry
  • Experience with Zendesk software is a plus
  • 3-5 years experience in regulatory financial services industry
