Job Description

Join SHB Real Estate as a Business Development Manager and take control of generating leads and building relationships with senior decision-makers in the commercial property market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow your own database, generating leads and securing meetings with senior decision-makers.
  • Make outbound calls to prospects daily and use other outreach mediums such as emails and LinkedIn.
  • Research market trends and identify new opportunities using internal tools.
  • Work with the team to support marketing and client solutions initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts in the commercial property market.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in B2B/B2C cold calling (commercial real estate experience is a plus).
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
