Job Description

The Victim Journey Manager will play a central role in developing and enhancing the service provided to victims of fraud and cybercrime.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve victim experiences
  • Prepare management reports with recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and best practices
  • Implement quality assurance processes
  • Develop and implement KPIs
  • Seek feedback and implement improvements
  • Provide leadership and support to staff

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of criminal justice system or public sector
  • Policy and process development skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Data analysis skills
