Provide tailored support to a Year 3 student with MLD, help access the curriculum, work with teachers and SENCO, assist with academic tasks, communication, and social development, create a nurturing environment, monitor progress.
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, understanding of MLD, patience, empathy, strong communication skills, Enhanced DBS.
