Provide customized consultations and identify opportunities for businesses. Foster long-term relationships with users. Collaborate internally and externally to implement operational solutions. Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in Dialpad solutions.
5+ years experience in enterprise-level client-facing work. Strong communication skills. Ability to lead complex integration conversations and troubleshoot technical issues. Fluent in English; Dutch, French, or German proficiency is a plus.
