Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to key stakeholders
  • Work with Operations team to provide resources and knowledge
  • Develop long-term user relationships
  • Act as a trusted advisor and maintain strategic relationships
  • Lead user-facing meetings and create user-facing content

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise-level client-facing work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead complex integration conversations
  • Familiarity with APIs and SQL
  • Technical troubleshooting skills
