Job Description

Monarch Education is seeking an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School in Solihull. The role is full-time and ongoing until at least February 2026.

Responsibilities

Work with children in a nursery setting to create a safe learning environment
Tailor support methods based on the needs of the children each day
Follow safeguarding and child protection guidelines

Qualifications

Hold at least a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
Experience supporting children in a Nursery or Early Years Setting
Comfortable providing personal care when required
Experience with Phonics is desirable
